Artisan, located in the Delamar Southport, marks the second collaboration between Charles Mallory, Founder and CEO of the Greenwich Hospitality Group. Frederic Kieffer, the opening Chef of L’Escale at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor, is Artisan’s Executive Chef and Partner. Like L’escale, Artisan received a four-star review from the New York Times.

Artisan is the culinary realization of Chef Kieffer’s time spent in the New England area, a place where he is able to promote sustainable agriculture through seasonally inspired interpretations of classic New England dishes. Artisan’s theme of craftsmanship can be seen in Chef Kieffer’s quest to work with the best local farmers and fishermen; whether using cheese from a local Connecticut cheese maker, oysters from Thimble Island or scallops from Rhode Island, his menu reflects the bounty of Connecticut and the New England surroundings.
